• Maintain a clean work area and sanitize equipment as required.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and workplace safety policies.

Duties and responsibilities

• Prioritize providing exceptional customer service to deliver a positive customer experience thereby cultivating a positive reputation for the company and fostering customer loyalty.
• Packing bread and pastries into boxes quickly.
• Following a list to ensure that orders are properly picked.
• Cleaning bakery equipment in a timely manner.
• Ensuring a clean work area.
• Following directions as given.
• RepresentingICS both in and out of the store.
• Adheres to all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety policies, and other programs and initiatives.
• Other duties as required.

Experience & Education

Schedule

• Full-Time Position (5 days a week)
• Typical shift is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Open availability preferred
• Mornings, weekends, and statutory holidays required

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role that requires:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
• Working around ovens, mixers, flour, and baking ingredients
• Occasional work in coolers and freezers
