Responsibilities

• Lead Bakery Team to deliver high-quality products.
• Measure, mix, scale, and hand-mould breads.
• Bake and score traditional bread and bakery items.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory and weekly ordering.
• Schedule staff to meet production and customer needs.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Support Store Manager with recruitment and training.
