Job summary

Central Sask. Co-op is hiring a full-time Clerk for our Bakery Department at our Food Store in Humboldt, SK. You will deliver exceptional service to make guests feel at home, while handling food prep, stocking, housekeeping and safety duties.

You should have an interest in customer service, with retail bakery/deli experience preferred and the ability to work days, evenings, holidays and weekends. Reports to the Bakery/Deli Manager.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience in bakery/deli is an asset.
• Willing to work all shifts, including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Food prep – prepare, bake, wrap, and price bakery products.
• Stocking – unload freight and merchandise bakery goods in store.
• General department duties – housekeeping, opening/closing and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Food Prep – Prepare, bake, wrap, and price bakery products, etc.


• Stocking – unload freight, stock and merchandise bakery products within the store


• General department duties - housekeeping, opening, closing, maintaining a safe working environment.


• Other duties as assigned.
