Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Prince Albert, SK is hiring an Assistant Department Manager, Bakery to lead daily bakery operations and coach a small team. You will ensure exceptional customer service and maintain product quality across all bakery outlets.

The role requires open availability for 40 hours per week and a passion for fresh bakery goods. Previous retail or customer service experience and a Food Safe Certification are assets as you contribute to a customer-first culture and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Food Safe Certification required.
• Passion for great food and outstanding customer service.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading a bakery team, coaching and mentoring.
