Crumbl Winnipeg is seeking energetic Bakers to join our growing team at 1100 Corydon Ave, Second Floor. You’ll mix dough, decorate items, and maintain quality and presentation for every guest.

Qualifications

• Food Handler certification must be completed prior to orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Follow Crumbl recipes, procedures, and quality standards
• Accurately measure, mix, portion, bake, and prepare ingredients using commercial bakery equipment
• Dress and finish desserts according to Crumbl presentation standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure freshness and food safety
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume periods
• Provide friendly and exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and sanitize tools
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, restocking, and production needs
• Work closely with managers and team members to keep bakery operations running smoothly
• Follow all safety, sanitation procedures
• Assist with additional bakery duties as needed
