Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare various foods according to recipes and guidelines
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, mixing, chopping, etc.
• Operate ovens, stoves, mixers, and other equipment
• Use utensils safely, including knives
• Store food properly following safety policies
• Clean and sanitize work areas and utensils
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Follow safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous baking or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of baking methods, food safety, and sanitation
• Ability to obtain food safety certification
• Basic math and communication skills

This role may involve physical activity such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
