The Bruce Hotel in Stratford, Ontario is seeking an experienced pastry cook to join our team. You will prepare pastry for weddings and special occasions, bake dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods. You will also requisition materials, train staff, and ensure quality standards are met on a daily basis.
