Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Squamish, BC, is seeking an experienced bakery professional to produce pies, breads, rolls, and pastries. You will follow recipes, prepare dough, and bake items while ensuring consistency and quality to meet daily orders.

The job requires 2–3 years of experience, on-site work, and strong teamwork. You will manage production schedules, inspect work areas, operate bakery equipment, and help maintain inventory and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods per recipes.
• Bake dough and batters to required textures and timings.
• Prepare special orders for custom cakes and pastries.
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• Draw up production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure food products meet established quality standards.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness.
• Operate bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients.
