Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. operates a busy bake shop and is seeking an experienced bakery lead. You will prepare dough, batters and icings, bake pies, bread and cakes, and trim or decorate for special orders while maintaining recipe fidelity.

You will supervise 1 to 2 baking staff, train junior team members, schedule shifts, and oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, ensuring high quality and efficiency in daily operations at our on-site location.

Qualifications

• 7 months to less than 1 year of bakery/kitchen experience.
• Must be able to read and follow recipes and orders.
• English language proficiency required for all tasks.

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare special orders
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Train staff
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Schedule staff
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
