Job summary

Kumare Restaurant and Bakery is seeking a bakery worker to join our on-site team in Richmond. You will prepare dough, bake, frost and decorate cakes, and ensure high quality across all products.

The role requires 7 months to under 1 year of bakery experience and a secondary school diploma or equivalent. You will help with inventory, orders and maintaining kitchen safety.

Qualifications

Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience required.
7 months to less than 1 year of bakery experience preferred.
On-site position at physical location; no remote work.
Ability to read recipes and maintain quality standards.
Criminal record check may be required.

Responsibilities

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
