Work Setting: Bake shop, Café

Responsibilities:

• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare special orders
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Supervise 1–2 baking personnel and kitchen staff
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Ensure product quality meets established standards
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Operate baking machinery
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies

Food Specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries, Donuts and muffins

Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, manual dexterity, hand-eye co-ordination, work under pressure.

Requirements:
