Job summary

Chick-fil-A Orleans seeks a Back of House Operations Manager to lead our restaurant's operational departments and develop high‑performing teams. Reporting to the Owner/Operator, this role drives operational excellence, high standards, and ongoing success.

You will build strong systems for food safety, inventory control, and people development, while partnering with Marketing and HR to support growth and brand integrity. A hands-on leader who loves hospitality will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong coaching, development, and accountability skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across all restaurant departments.
• Develop and mentor Team Members, Area Coordinators and Supervisors.
• Foster a culture focused on growth, product knowledge, stewardship, and hospitality.
• Collaborate with Marketing and HR to support growth and brand integrity.
• Coach Area Coordinators with ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
• Direct Supervisors and oversee ownership progress toward goals.
• Build and implement systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain top food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance.
• Handle performance and disciplinary matters per company policies.
