Job summary

Chick-fil-A Appleby Crossing is seeking a back of house team member to thrive in a fast paced environment and contribute to serving delicious food. You will help prepare, cook, and package meals, ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout each shift.

Candidates should be available full-time, Monday through Saturday, 9:00am–12:00am, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork. Growth opportunities, meal discounts, and Sunday closures are part of the benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Available to work at least 6 hours, five days per week, Monday through Saturday, 9:00am–12:00am.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and package raw, hot, and cold food efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with team members, guests, and third parties.
• Adhere to all training standards within the restaurant.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and assist with additional duties as needed.
• Support the team by being punctual, reliable, and consistent in every shift.
• Respect the company’s policy to have full-time, open availability.

Role Responsibilities

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Requirement to be available to work at least 6 hours at least five (5) days per week Monday through Saturday from the times 9:00am to 12:00am.

• Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and package raw, hot, and cold food efficiently.

• Have a positive attitude and communicate clearly and courteously with fellow team members, guests, and third parties.

• Adhere to all training standards within the restaurant.

• Demonstrate a willingness learn.

• Perform additional work duties as assigned by leadership to support business needs.

• Possess the ability to work in a high demand environment while maintaining all above standards.

• Show support to your team by being punctual, reliable, and consistent in every shift.
