Goldenhome Cabinetry is a leading global cabinet manufacturer with locations across China, Australia, the Middle East, the U.S., and Canada. We specialize in various finishes, including Matte, High Gloss, Laminates, and Melamine.

Our goal is to become one of the largest and highest quality frameless cabinetry brands in the US and Canadian markets, delivering superior product solutions and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Expand and service new dealer accounts.
2. Conduct frequent visits and develop new client relationships.
3. Participate in product training and periodic meetings at our Aurora main office.
4. Report work status to the sales manager at Aurora.
5. Visit kitchen and bath dealers, design-build firms, and local builders.
6. Provide outstanding customer service to foster long-term relationships.
7. Attend local trade shows as required.

Position is also open to applicants located in the Montreal/Ottawa areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum requirements include:

• At least 1 year of experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry, preferably in a dealer environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an Associate's degree/diploma with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Knowledge of kitchen design software is a plus.

• Salary: $80,000 - $200,000 per year
• Additional pay: Commission
