Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Business Sales Agent to drive B2B sales and market penetration in the MDU sector across Canada. You will engage property managers and owners, conduct outbound outreach, and lead presentations to showcase Amazon Key solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, you will build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and collaborate with marketing and support teams. Travel across British Columbia is required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to drive engagement through cold calling and email outreach.
• Experience using a CRM to manage lead funnel and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound marketing efforts to generate leads and expand presence.
• Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.
• Schedule and lead in-person and virtual sales presentations.
• Build long-term relationships and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Position Amazon Key as the preferred access solution by understanding customer needs.
• Provide updates on outreach activities and sales pipeline to leadership.
• Identify cross-selling and upsell opportunities to maximize impact.
• Represent Amazon Key with professionalism and a results-driven mindset.
• Perform other duties to support marketing and sales success.
