Job summary

OSL Direct Services seeks an Account Consultant for Multi-Dwelling Units to drive Bell Canada services to residents living in apartments and condominiums.

You will use events, presentations, and face-to-face canvassing, build relationships with building stakeholders, and act as a Bell brand ambassador. Salesforce CRM supports territory management. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. Evening and weekend hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience an asset.
• Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability for frequent travel across the region as required.
• Flexible fulltime schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bell Canada's services to residents in apartment and condo buildings.
• Build and maintain relationships with building stakeholders to present Bell services.
• Deliver best in class customer experience as a Bell ambassador.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for territory and funnel management.
