Job summary

Rogers Communications is hiring for a full-time field sales role in Ontario. The position focuses on selling home services (TV, Internet, Home Phone) to MDU properties, with door-to-door activity in assigned territory and end-to-end order processing.

You will build relationships with property managers and leasing staff, execute marketing events, and use Salesforce and Excel to manage pipeline. A driver’s license and vehicle are required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow penetration, market share and revenue for Rogers products.
• Build and maintain relationships with MDU property managers and leasing staff to keep Rogers as the preferred brand.
• Plan and run marketing events and sales programs in MDU buildings, in-person and virtual.
• Assess customer needs using a consultative approach to offer Rogers solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class service and escalate issues to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.
• Conduct door-to-door prospecting to generate leads and acquire new MDU relations and customers.
• Process orders end-to-end using multiple sales/service tools and close on restored or new opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets across Internet, TV, and Wireless products.
