The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and creative B2B Content Writer with a strong background in developing thought leadership, product marketing, and digital content that drives engagement and supports the sales funnel. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to deliver compelling content that positions our brand as an industry leader and supports measurable growth.

This is a hybrid role, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.

About The Role:

• Write, edit, and manage a wide range of B2B content including:
• Thought leadership articles and whitepapers
• Product marketing collateral (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, brochures)
• Digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media
• Sales enablement materials and customer journey content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
• Contribute to content strategy and editorial planning, ensuring alignment with marketing and business goals
• Optimize content for digital channels using SEO best practices and performance insights
• Maintain and evolve brand voice and tone across all content
• Support campaign development with creative copy that converts
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor content to inform strategy
  
  

What You Need to Succeed:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
  
  

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional B2B content writing experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, professional services, or tech industries
• Proven ability to write across formats and channels with a portfolio showcasing thought leadership, product marketing, and digital content
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams
  
  

Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to write for awareness, consideration, and decision-making stages
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent written, verbal, and editing skills
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices for content
• A keen eye with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
• Familiarity with content performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus
