Job summary

McLean & Company seeks a B2B Account Executive to drive new business within the North American market. This role involves selling comprehensive memberships to HR leaders, leveraging robust sales tools and a consultative approach to deliver measurable business value. Ideal candidates will possess 2-5 years of B2B sales experience and an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new business in the North American market by selling comprehensive Membership.
  • Generating 8+ first sales appointments monthly, making 80+ personalized calls/emails daily.
  • Using the 'Value Selling' framework to demonstrate membership benefits.
