Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, business administration or related field; substantial software and/or enterprise analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, development, and systems integration.
• Solid understanding of project management, requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL and data management principles.
• Programming, scripting and automation experience; Azure cloud knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through full lifecycle: planning, design, development, implementation and support.
• Coordinate with clients, technical staff and partners to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards.
• Program, code and script for automation; develop low-code workflows and integrations.
• Develop and execute test scripts; manage configurations across dev/test/prod environments.
• Prepare technical specifications and assist in procurement evaluations and awards.
• Train users and create training materials; produce reports for senior staff.
