Qualifications

• Associate’s, Bachelor's, or Post‑Graduate degree in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 6–7 years of system administration and/or infrastructure experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Expert background in administering Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Familiarity with Office 365 hybrid environments and identity management.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• ITIL principles and SLA‑driven environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and Windows Server environments.
• Administer AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and PKI.
• Provide hybrid Office 365 support including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell scripting.
• Monitor incidents, requests, and changes per ITIL processes.
• Contribute to meeting SLAs for availability and performance.
• Assist senior staff with enterprise IT solutions and lifecycle management.
• Document system configurations and procedures.
