Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle between pick-up and destination terminals in Canada. The role ensures trips are run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and DOT regulations.

Hourly rate is $26.12 with a Monday–Friday dayshift, start times around 4am or 5am, and full-time regular employment. The position offers competitive benefits after 30 days, a retirement plan, and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Must have 9+ months verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Must not have more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in last 12 months.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement.

• Maintain accurate records and logs; detect and minimize safety hazards.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required by customer.

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
