The Developmental Disabilities Association (DDA) is seeking Awake Night Staff to provide safe, home-like overnight support to residents in Vancouver and Richmond. This casual/on-call role requires a minimum two shifts per week and every other weekend, with a starting ASAP date.

Term/Status: Casual/On‑Call (Overnight Shifts)
Schedule/Hours: Minimum availability of 2 shifts per week and every other weekend, both Saturday & Sunday.
Hourly Wage: $24.54 - $27.19 + 10.6% in lieu of benefits (2024 rates, implementation of new collective agreement is in process, and new wage rate $26.04 to $28.85 will be implemented once funding is received)
