Société Financière Manuvie, Waterloo, Ontario, seeks an AVP, Global People Services (GPS) - Service Readiness & Innovation to translate strategy into launch-ready, scalable services. The role drives knowledge, training, and regional readiness, coordinating cross‑functional teams for successful launches.

Leading with governance, performance, and an innovation pipeline, you’ll balance global consistency with local needs and ensure a superior colleague experience.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in global HR operations, shared services, service design, readiness, transformation, or innovation.
• Proven success establishing operating models, governance, service standards, and launch disciplines across global and regional teams.
• Experience translating policy, process, technology, data, and organizational change into sustainable operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR service delivery, employee experience, knowledge and learning, digital products, workflow, automation, and AI-enabled operations.
• Executive presence, analytical judgment, stakeholder influence, and experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enable the GPS strategy and operating model, ensuring scalable readiness and innovation.
• Lead end-to-end service readiness and launch coordination for GPS changes.
• Lead GPS product ownership, knowledge, and training development.
• Build GPS knowledge, training, and change readiness across regions.
• Lead regional service readiness orchestration across International, North America, and Asia.
