Job summary

TalentMinded Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, VAS Product Innovation & Delivery Operations to bridge business, product, and engineering priorities across valuation advisory services.

You will establish intake, backlog, governance, release readiness, and adoption, partnering with leaders, SMEs, and Product Managers to move complex capabilities from idea to delivery. This full-time hybrid role offers visibility across VAS, Product, and Engineering and the chance to shape repeatable

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product operations, product delivery, or program management.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with backlog management, sprint planning, demos, UAT, and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create a reliable source of truth by documenting priorities, intake, decisions, and next steps.
• Strengthen backlog and delivery readiness with Product Managers, ensuring requirements are ready for sprint planning.
• Create momentum through governance with regular meetings, forums, and demos; surface risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery and release readiness across VAS, Product, Engineering; ensure testing, UAT, and business readiness.
• Drive adoption and collect post-release feedback to measure outcomes and inform priorities.
• Build a scalable operating model by documenting requirements, decisions, and outcomes for repeatable processes.
