AAA Canada Inc. in Mirabel, QC is seeking a Scheduling Agent to manage production priority orders, detect shortages, and coordinate multi-department requests within SAP.

You’ll provide visibility on emergencies and validate Workpack triggers, ensuring timely BROF slips when needed. The role requires strong teamwork, client interaction in emergencies, autonomy, adaptability, organization, and bilingual fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the management of production priority orders.
• Detect, follow up and alert as needed in case of shortages to ensure delivery.
• Perform servitude requests and validate requirements in SAP.
• Provide visibility on escalated emergencies to the concerned teams.
• Ensure configuration management for the triggering of Workpacks.
• Produce BROF (Return Slips on Work Order) when required.
