Job summary

AAA Canada is seeking a skilled production scheduler/coordinator to ensure smooth scheduling and timely delivery of priority orders on aerospace projects. You will detect missing parts, escalate issues, and validate SAP requirements while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will prepare clear reports, interact with clients during urgent situations, and manage Workpack activations. Bilingual French and English is required, with a diploma or equivalent experience in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• You hold a relevant diploma or equivalent experience.
• You have experience working in a production scheduling or coordination role within an industrial environment.
• You are structured, rigorous, autonomous, and adaptable, with the ability to coordinate multiple departments and respond effectively under pressure.
• You are skilled in preparing clear and concise reports and interacting with clients in urgent situations.
• You are bilingual (French and English).

Responsibilities

• Manage production priority orders to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery.
• Detect, follow up on, and escalated missing parts as needed to ensure visibility.
• Submit servitude requests and validate requirements in SAP.
• Provide visibility on escalated urgent matters to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage configuration for the activation of Workpacks.
• Prepare BROF (Bon de retour sur OF) documentation when required.
