The role requires hands-on scheduling experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in operations or related field, and strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel. Bilingual French/English is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily and short-term production schedules based on demand, capacity, and priorities
• Lead daily production meetings and follow up on schedule adherence and constraints
• Analyze capacity, cycle times, bottlenecks, and material availability to maintain achievable production plans
• Adjust schedules in real time to address urgencies, delays, and operational constraints
• Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams
• Define required manpower and equipment allocation to meet production targets
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of ERP data (work orders, routings, planning parameters)
• Create and maintain production reports and KPIs (schedule adherence, throughput, capacity utilization, etc.)
• Contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives
