About the Role

Our client seeks a detail-oriented Aviation Maintenance Planner to join their team in Kimberley . This hybrid role is essential for optimizing the scheduling and execution of aircraft maintenance tasks, ensuring maximum fleet availability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and operations control to create effective maintenance plans, manage resources, and track progress. The role requires a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance programs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks both on-site and through remote coordination. Your planning will be key to maintaining our aircraft to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, schedule, and manage aircraft maintenance plans and work packages.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams, operations control , and parts supply to ensure timely execution of maintenance.
  • Track maintenance progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all planned maintenance adheres to manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, completed tasks, and component life limits.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, tooling, and hangar space.
