About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Ground Operations Supervisor to lead their airport operations team in Kimberley . This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ground handling, including aircraft loading/unloading, baggage handling, passenger services, and coordination with flight crews and air traffic control. You will ensure efficient, safe, and timely ground operations, manage a team of ground crew personnel, and maintain compliance with all aviation safety regulations and company procedures. This is a leadership position critical to the seamless functioning of flight operations.
