Job summary

Lufthansa Technik Canada is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage aircraft materials, engines, tooling, inventory, and logistics operations. You will handle receiving, shipping, and transport within the facility, ensuring compliance with airworthiness and international procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1 year in aviation logistics, plus English and French proficiency. Some travel, overtime, and forklift operation are required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/ GED required.
1 year experience in aviation logistics with handling aviation material, forklifts and shipping DG.
Knowledge of French is required to perform duties related to the position.
English required due to use of English documents and international communications.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

Receiving and shipping aircraft/material and tooling per procedures.
Execute engine and engine module shipping/receiving including loading/off-loading and verification.
Transport aircraft/material and modules within the facility.
Handle material and packaging processes; lift up to 70lbs.
