Job summary

Executive Aviation is hiring part-time, casual Customer Service agents at the Sault Ste Marie Airport (YAM). You will help travelers check-in, support self-serve kiosks, and assist with boarding while ensuring a safe, positive journey.

Qualifications

• You are a true customer service champion with a minimum of two years’ in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of punctuality and reliability; on-time performance is key in airline service.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with time pressures.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and stress-free travel experience for customers from check-in to boarding.
• Assist passengers at self-serve kiosks and with baggage handling as needed.
• Prepare aircraft for on-time departures and support deplaning and boarding.
