• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service per brand standards.
• Coordinate arrival/departure of customers, passengers, and flight crews.
• Greet passengers and provide baggage handling and valet services.
• Facilitate shuttle runs to terminals and hotels.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all customer-facing areas.
