Signature Aviation plc in Richmond, BC, is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to blend hospitality with hands-on ground operations, guiding guests from wheels down to wheels up within our luxury terminal.

You will operate ground service equipment, support aircraft services, and ensure safety and service standards across all interactions with guests, crew, and aircraft. Schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL as required by location.
• Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Experience in aviation or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and PAT/guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Transport guests and luggage safely in shuttle vehicles.
• Maintain ramps and operations in a safe, clean state.
• Handle fuel, including quality checks and documentation.
• Follow security protocols and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
