Job summary

Air Canada in Saint John, NB is hiring a Call centre agent - customer service. The successful candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, provide flight information, and assist with rebookings and reservations using Air Canada's system.

A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, communication, and the ability to work in a busy, metric-driven environment. Permanent full-time role with a diverse shift pattern, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on flights, fares, and destinations.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Air Canada's reservation system to create/modify bookings.
• Maintain CRM notes and call reports.
• Meet call center metrics and work in a fast-paced environment.
