Job summary

Unifi Aviation Canada, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide comprehensive passenger services including arrivals, ticketing, check-in and boarding support. The role involves handling inquiries and complaints with a focus on safety and customer experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and being at least 18 years old, with training provided. Candidates must be able to obtain necessary credentials and work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience is required. Paid training is provided for all new employees.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and any other queries or complaints.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support for special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and wheelchair assistance.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers.
