Qualifications

• Broker license Level 1 required.
• IWS Autopac certification required.
• MS Office proficiency and strong computer skills expected.
• Minimum 1 year of personal lines experience.
• Knowledge of Broker Management, quoting software and portals (Intact/Aviva) desired.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team yet stay self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Customer service for Personal Lines, Autopac and office duties.
• Yearly review of client policy accounts with cross-selling/up-selling.
• Maintain documentation in client files and BMS.
• Provide top-tier service and protection for clients.
• Handle new business quoting/submissions and ongoing marketing servicing.
