Qualifications

• Minimum one year of insurance industry or comparable customer service experience.
• Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification are not required but considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC broker management system is considered an asset.
• Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and professional counsel on Autopac and Driver Licensing products.
• Process Auto Insurance transactions promptly and professionally.
• Use the Prospector Program to generate leads with every transaction.
• Actively cross-sell auto extension product options.
• Support Personal Lines with processing and related duties as required.
