Qualifications

• Customer service for our Personal Lines, Autopac and other office duties
• Yearly review of client policy accounts, cross-selling and upselling
• Maintain documentation in client file and BMS (Power Broker)
• Dedication to provide utmost care and service in providing protection for our clients
• New business quoting/submissions and ongoing marketing servicing/efforts.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Broker General Insurance License Level 1 Agent
• IWS Autopac certification
• Proficient in MS office/word and strong computer skills
• Minimum 1 year of personal lines experience
• Working knowledge of Broker Management, quoting software and portal experience (Intact and Aviva Insurance)
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Have a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
