Passport Health is seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a part-time travel medicine role in Canada. You will conduct comprehensive travel health consultations, administer vaccines, educate clients, and manage clinic operations with autonomy.

The position emphasizes expertise in travel-related health risks and patient-centered care. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of nursing experience, strong communication, and CPR certification.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience (travel medicine background a plus).
• Ability to work independently with minimal backup in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks.
• Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Promote travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate.
• Manage clinic setup, inventory, and compliance with safety and documentation protocols.
• Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed.
• Complete ongoing travel medicine training to keep clinical knowledge current.
