Qualifications

• 2+ years wholesale/retail automotive experience.
• 2+ years call center/customer service experience.
• 6-8 years hands-on automotive technical experience.
• Class A Inter-Provincial Technician's license (ASE assets).
• BA/BS degree in vocational/secondary education or equivalent.
• Bilingual: English/French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the delivery of technical training and support to Mitsubishi Motors dealership technicians.
• Answer centralized Vehicle Techline cases and assist dealership and field staff with repairs.
• Travel across Canada to provide training; based in Vancouver BC and Calgary AB.
• Develop technical training curriculum and review service bulletins as requested.
• Administer course enrollment processes and track completion records.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement of training programs.
