You will lead hands‑on seminars, provide diagnostics expertise, and support product warranty activities, while collaborating with client teams. The role requires strong bilingual communication and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French and English communication skills, both oral and written.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Provincial Qualification Certificate with Red Seal; experience in after-sales is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic/repair methods.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging technical trainings to groups of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic technical training sessions across the independent aftermarket.
• Provide expert technical guidance and product support.
• Perform warranty inspections and analyze observed trends.
• Lead field investigations and produce clear, actionable reports.
• Collaborate closely with customer field teams.
• Represent the client at trade shows and industry events.
• Provide support as needed; daily challenges are common.
