Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners in Markham, ON is seeking an Assistant Service Manager for BMW Markham. You will support the Service Manager in overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and ownership experience.

Qualifications

2+ years in automotive service roles (Assistant Service Manager/Service Advisor).
Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and warranty administration.
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring service staff.
Support monitoring and evaluation of employee performance and development.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Ensure effective communication between service and other departments.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Help implement service processes, policies, and manufacturer standards.
Assist in driving customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
Monitor workflow and support profitability goals.
Support warranty compliance and repair order accuracy.
