Job summary

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer care experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance high guest interactions with shop priorities.
• Operates with high accuracy, attention to detail, and good judgment.
• Comfort with dealership software and modern communication tools.
• Automotive experience is an asset; Ontario driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end guest experience from service drive to hand-off.
• Document client concerns, vehicle symptoms, and contact details.
• Manage Repair Orders, cost estimates, authorizations, and files.
• Communicate findings and maintenance schedules to clients.
• Obtain and log approvals before additional service or repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, warranty admin, and Service BDC.
• Track repair status and provide proactive client updates.
• Verify invoicing, warranty coverage, and final vehicle release.
• Provide breakdowns of labor, charges, and upcoming maintenance needs.
• Process payments and close Repair Orders in the system.
• Address inquiries and escalate as needed; perform satisfaction follow-ups.
