Signature Honda is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team in a fast-paced automotive environment. The successful candidate will greet customers, document vehicle issues, prepare repair orders, and communicate effectively with technicians to deliver timely updates and accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues.
• Prepare repair orders and explain maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair timelines.
• Provide customers with estimates, updates, and follow-up communication.
• Upsell maintenance services and dealership value-added products when appropriate.
• Ensure all warranty and manufacturer procedures are properly followed.
• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
