Role Description

The Automotive Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Promotive Service Centre in Brampton, ON. Day-to-day tasks include managing work orders, updating customers on the status of their vehicles, ensuring timely completion of services, and supporting a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves processing payments, maintaining service records, and contributing to a clean, organized, and safety-focused service environment.
