Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies, based in Cambridge, Ontario, is hiring for an automotive sales role. No experience is required as we train ALL EMPLOYEES, with aggressive commission-based pay and abundant earning potential across Ontario. Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must have valid G driver's license.
• OMVIC license is an asset.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and open availability.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer wants and needs based on approval rates.
• Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings.
• Sell and lease vehicles per dealership procedures.
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products.
• Monitor leads in DealerTrack and schedule appointments.
• Close sales by addressing objections and explaining warranties/financing.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure customer satisfaction after delivery.
