Job summary

Auto Gallery of Winnipeg is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle selection and the financing process. You’ll greet shoppers, present both new and pre-owned cars, and conduct test drives while ensuring an exceptional buyer experience.

The role requires strong communication, a hunter mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across Winnipeg. Full-time with commission-based earnings is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; high school diploma required.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom and present a professional environment.
• Answer questions about new/used cars and financing options.
• Build rapport with customers to facilitate vehicle selection and payments.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database for future sales.
• Present cars through test drives, demonstrations and walk-throughs.
• Negotiate terms to meet customer budgets while upholding dealership standards.
• Follow up with clients to earn repeat and referral business.
