Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, sales, marketing or customer service.
• Must be 18+ with CA driver’s license and valid driving record.
• Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering showroom, presenting a professional environment.
• Answer questions about new/used cars, financing, and processes.
• Negotiate terms to meet customer budgets while maintaining satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date customer database for current and future sales.
• Present vehicles through test drives and demonstrations.
• Follow up with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay current on dealer group and manufacturer trainings.
