Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover Brampton, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, seeks a Sales & Leasing Consultant to drive vehicle sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will coordinate with customers through the buying process, present vehicle features, and arrange road tests in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The role offers opportunities for growth within the group and requires 3–5 years of sales experience, OC-VIC license, and proficiency with CDK/Reynolds and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years proven sales experience; automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to have meaningful conversations.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (CDK/Reynolds, OneEighty, DealerTrack).
• OMVIC license in good standing and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets.
• Serve as the liaison between dealership and customer during vehicle purchase.
• Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and present vehicle specs.
• Listen to customers to understand needs and wants.
• Conduct vehicle road tests to demonstrate features and benefits.
